Ho'oponopono

During my therapy sections I may also use the Ho’oponopono technique of forgiveness, for certain clients.  Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian spiritual practice focused on healing and reconciliation. It involves repeating four key phrases: "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you." This practice is believed to cleanse negative energy, restore harmony, and promote forgiveness, both within oneself and in relationships.  Magically, it aligns with the principles of energy healing and intention-setting, as it helps release emotional blockages, attract positive energy, and foster inner peace.
